Early next day we woke up at 6:30 for an early hike in the Andasibe national park and more specially the Analamazaotra reserve. This park is well known for its population of Idri, the largest living lemurs.
Waking up in the jungle is magical. Outside our cabin windows the view was eery with early mist around. Idris are known to come up to the forest edge and communicate with their early morning songs but it didn’t happy that day. We were told it was maybe a little cold for them, they usually wake up earlier in the hot (rainy) season.

After a whole day and night in Marseille, I had to pack my things and go back home. Unfortunately my time was up at this magnificent city. So the last day was mostly a day of travelling back to Athens, via Rome as before
After the morning visit to Le Pannier and then to Notre Dame, I needed to explore more of this vibrant city.
